All sales are final and are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, please keep in mind that we are unable to issue exchanges and offer refunds for used or opened merchandise.
Returns and exchanges can only be granted under the conditions below and is subject for review and approval by the For Keeps management.
When can I return my purchase?
Returns and exchanges are only accepted on the following conditions:
- IF the wrong product is delivered
- IF the product is received damaged (subject for review and approval by the For Keeps management)
All products must be in its original packaging.
Requests for exchange must be made within two (2) days of receipt of the product. Once your request has been approved, we will notify you via email and you may ship your order back to For Keeps to the address provided. Once we have received your returned item, allow up to two (2) working days for us to evaluate your returned items and prepare your new ones for shipping.
Shipping fees to and from For Keeps will be shouldered by For Keeps.
Do you accept refunds?
All sales are final and are non-refundable. If you do not want to immediately replace your returned item, we may refund you through online store credits. No refunds in monetary form will be given.
What does For Keeps do with returns?
We do not reuse or resell any returns. We properly dispose the contents of returned items and bottles are sent to recycling facilities.
