Processing and Shipping

Our business operating hours are from 8AM–5PM, Mondays through Fridays. (We are closed on weekends and holidays).
Orders placed from Sunday to Thursday will be processed within 24 hours. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders placed during Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Options and Schedule
Express Delivery for Metro Manila Only
If you are located within Metro Manila and wish to receive your items within 24 HOURS, you may select this option for a fixed rate of Php 350. SAME DAY DELIVERY for orders PAID by 12 NOON, otherwise delivery will be the NEXT WORKING DAY. For orders placed during Holidays and weekends, delivery will be on the next working day. A customer service representative will get in touch with you via email or text. WE ACCEPT COD for EXPRESS DELIVERY.
Express Delivery is only available from Monday to Friday. No Express Deliveries during the weekend and holidays.
Standard Delivery
We safely and securely deliver your orders through our partner couriers with nationwide coverage.
Expect your orders to be delivered within the following number days from the receipt of your shipping notification email:
- Metro Manila – 2-3 days
- Luzon – 3-5 days
- Rest of the Philippines – 4-7 days
Pick Up from Muntinlupa City
Pick-ups from our headquarters arranged by customers in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City are from Mondays to Fridays from 9AM to 5 PM.
This option is not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option. All Pick Ups must be paid for in advance.
Please note that by selecting this option, For Keeps will not be liable for any damage due to transport.
